There are several ways to provide feedback at Designity.

First, our leadership team and People Ops team hold open office hours, giving you the opportunity to share any feedback or concerns directly.

Second, we host Creatives Only Town Halls at least once a quarter. These sessions allow Creatives to discuss any issues. The Creative leading the meeting will then share these concerns with leadership while keeping the identities of those who spoke up confidential.

Lastly, you can submit feedback anonymously through the feedback form on your portal, located under the Engagement Tab > Give Anonymous Feedback.
