Once your promotion is officially processed and reflected in your Designity portal, your new pay rate will take effect in the next pay cycle.
If the promotion is status-based, the new rate will automatically apply to your current projects starting with the next pay cycle.
If the promotion includes a level change, you’ll first need to connect with your Creative Directors to confirm they have an open spot for your new level. Once you're officially added at that level, the new rate will apply in the following pay cycle. Alternatively, you may choose to stay on the project at your previous level and pay rate.
You’re now encouraged to apply to roles that match your new level. For example, if you’ve been promoted from Emerging to Senior, you should begin applying to Senior-level jobs—though you're still eligible to apply for jobs one level below.
