What happens when a client pauses their account?

When a client decides to pause their account, your Creative Director will immediately notify the entire creative team assigned to that account, and any ongoing work for that account will then be temporarily halted until further notice.

If an account is paused, any projects you were working on will no longer be counted toward your availability, and you will be free to take on other projects. We do not recommend blocking out any availability in your schedule while waiting for paused accounts to reactivate.

You will receive payment for your work up until the day of the pause.
