W2 employment at Designity offers a base salary plus commission and benefits. After 90 days, you're eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, with Designity covering 50% of premiums. We also provide remote life insurance. At 6 months, you can enroll in a 401k with a 100% match on employee deferrals up to 4% of earnings.

To maintain W2 status, you must keep 5 active clients at all times. If adjustments are needed, contact HR for assistance.

If you are unable to maintain the minimum workload, you will be required to switch to a 1099 contractor role.
