Promotions for Creatives

Updated over 7 months ago

One of the most unique and exciting aspects of working at Designity is our comprehensive growth plan! You’ll have a clear path to advancing your career with promotions based on your performance.

As you complete projects, Creative Directors will review your performance, assessing both your hard and soft skills. Likewise, you will rate your Creative Directors. You’ll gain access to your scores after receiving 15 reviews, giving 15 reviews, and working with 5 different Creative Directors. Once available, you can view your scores in the portal under the "My Pay and Scores" section in the left dropdown menu.

Our promotion system includes two types of scores. The first score relates to your level, initially determined by your portfolio and creative challenge. To advance to a higher level, you need to improve your feedback scores from Creative Directors based on your hard skills.

The four creative levels are:

  • Aspiring (1-25)

  • Emerging (26-50)

  • Senior (51-75)

  • Pro (76-100)

Your score accumulates over your career and you must maintain your level for 120 days to be considered for promotion.

Each level also has three statuses, which reflect your soft skills. To achieve a higher status, you need to enhance your feedback scores related to your soft skills.

The statuses are:

  • Temp (26-50)

  • Verified (51-75)

  • Super (76-100)

When you start a new level, your status score resets to Verified. You must maintain your status for 120 days before being considered for promotion.
