When a job is posted on the job board, does the rate apply to all statuses?

What does the rate posted in slack mean and how does it effect me

No, when jobs come through the job board, the ammount is provided at the Verified status rate. Your actual payment is calculated based on your current status.

For example, a Temp Emerging Creative can earn up to $450 per client, per month. In the #emerging-jobs channel, a two-week long job is posted at the rate of $230, which is the Verified rate. A Temp Emerging will have their pay adjusted to their status rate.

If the Temp Emerging creative spends the entire 14 days on the project, they’ll earn $207. However, let’s say for example that fewer concepts were created than originally requested, and they finish the project in 11 days. The pay will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the duration worked. It would be $163 for the Temp rate. On the other hand, let’s say your client has requested more revisions than expected and the creative works 18 days on the project. In this case, the pay would be $266.

The Creative Director managing the project should provide you with the project timeline before it begins, ensuring you know all the due dates and can meet deadlines.

You can reference the Growth Plan for more details.
