Your Level is an average of your scores for Hard Skills (x4) and Creativity & Design Sense (x1). Theses scores will promote you from one level to the next (i.e from Emerging to Senior; from Senior to Pro). You must hold your score at the new level for 120 days to be promoted.

If both level and status are increased at the same time, the level will be promoted first.

Score Breakdown

1 - 25 = Aspiring Creative

26 - 50 = Emerging Creative

51 - 75 = Senior Creative

76 - 100 = Pro Creative
