If you get a level promotion (from Emerging to Senior or from Senior to Pro), you will receive a notification with necessary information and next steps. You will also set up a meeting with the Community Manager/Career Advisor to answer your questions about the promotion.

The first thing you will want to do is to add yourself to the appropriate Slack channel to view the job postings for the new level.

Next, you will need to talk to your current CDs and let them know you need to come off their projects where you are at the prior level. You will then need to start applying for jobs at the new level. These steps are very important, because if you don't make these changes, your pay will not change to the next level's pay rate.
