If your soft skills performance drops below your level's standards and you do not improve it within 120 days, you will receive a status demotion.
If you are Super and your score drops below 76, you will be demoted to Verified status.
If you are Verified and your score drops below 51, you will be demoted to Temp status.
If you are Temp and your score drops below 26, you will no longer be eligible for the Designity community.
In such cases, your pay will be adjusted to reflect the lower status rate.
A demotion can also be a learning opportunity, indicating the need for improvement in specific areas. Set up a meeting with the Community Manager or Career Advisor to discuss the scores impacting the demotion and develop strategies to help you work your way back up.
