If your hard skills performance drops below your level's standards and you do not improve it within 120 days, you will receive a level demotion.
You will need to immediately come off the jobs you have at the higher level. You will now only be eligible for jobs at the lower level.
A demotion can also be a learning opportunity, indicating the need for improvement in specific areas. Set up a meeting with the Community Manager or Career Advisor to discuss the scores impacting the demotion and develop strategies to help you work your way back up.
