Your Review Score is calculated by taking the number of reviews provided to CDs and divided by the number of reviews you have received from CDs and multiplied by 100. This score is added to the average of your Collaboration & Team Player score and your Reliability and Accountability scores. This is why giving and getting reviews are so important in the Growth Plan.

In short, we compare the number of reviews you have given your CDs compared to the number of ones you have received. The optimal score is to keep these two numbers the same, showing each is contributing to the review process.
