Creative's compensation is based on your position level and status, availability, and the number of clients you’re able to take on. Since you control your involvement in the Designity Creative Community, you have the ability to scale your income. This means that you can build your income by doing what you enjoy while Designity and the Creative Directors handle the logistics.

When Creatives join Designity, they can initially take on up to 3 clients per month at the Temp Status. As they advance, they can take on more. Temp Emerging Creatives earn up to $450 per client per month (up to $1,350 per month with 3 clients). Temp Senior Creatives earn up to $800 per client per month (up to $2,400 per month). Temp Pro Creatives earn up to $1,100 per client per month (up to $3,300 per month).
