If a Creative wants to move from Super Pro to Creative Director (CD), they must submit a CD application on our careers website.

After applying, contact a member of the People Ops team to inform them that you applied, which will help expedite your application for the workshop challenge. The results of the challenge will determine if the Creative is ready to become a CD.
